At The Alkaline Electric Goddess, we take great care in preparing and delivering our products, including sea moss gel, smoothie prep, and meal prep items, to ensure they arrive fresh and in optimal condition. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are prepared fresh and typically require 1-3 business days for processing before shipment.
- Meal prep and smoothie orders are prepared based on scheduled availability and will be shipped accordingly. Please allow 7-10 day for customized delivery.
- Orders are shipped via express or priority shipping to maintain freshness.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
- We use insulated packaging with ice packs to help preserve product quality during transit.
- Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to prevent weekend delays.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only ship within the U.S. at this time.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes to ensure timely delivery.
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.
Receiving Your Order
- Perishable items should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival.
- Inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos for assistance.
Refunds & Replacements
- Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- If your order is damaged during transit, please email us at taeg@thealkalineelectricgoddess.com with your order number and photos, and we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis.
